Observation

0165(3)(a) - Observed a paper cutter on a shelf in the licensed space. 0165(3)(e) - Observed a space on the playground area where the bark meets a black tubing barrier from between the bark and the grass. The bark has spread too thin in this spot which creates a tripping hazard because of the black tubing barrier. Observed a hose across pavement directly before entrance to the center. 0165(3)(f) - Observed multiple plants in heavy ceramic pots on shelves in the licensed space. Plants/pots were not secured to shelf to prevent tipping or falling.
